Practically Sacred Productions (PSP) is a high performance organization (HPO) that celebrated its conception during the Spring of 2016 with a playfully inspired idea. It has blossomed into a vital project animated with a mutual passion for excellence. Our resolve is to generate an abundance of health and happiness for all people and our practice is focused on producing a premier product suite and creating high performance dining experiences.

We are enthusiastic about constructing honorable relationships through nourishing lifestyles and are motivated by the positively beneficial results that are a result of making major improvements along the journey of personal evolution. It was decided to take action on our dreams and transform them into a viable reality with a driving purpose.

With years of improvising in kitchens combined, there were many gourmet recipes that we developed which became the source for sauces, soups, drinks, desserts and more. The professional momentum of PSP was initiated by designing a culturally infused menu and hosting our first private dinner party. Word of mouth quickly spread and that led to 3 more gatherings which grew to be as big as serving 30 guests up to 6 courses. These phenomenal parties were measurable successes and those who attended were satisfied beyond anyones expectations

We love to provide full spectrum nourishment for the body, mind and soul. Our belief is that really deep levels of health are made from more than just good food and drinks. The look, sound and energetic feel of the whole atmosphere is of equal importance when it comes down to vibrant feelings at the core. What engages us is great stories and that’s what we’re dedicated to providing under the umbrella of PSP: inspired products and services that add value and make a positive difference in the hearts, imaginations and lives of the people we serve.

Our base of operations is rooted in the majestic Sedona and Verde Valley red rock country of Arizona. This wilderness landscape whispers with an elemental voice and we’re eager to listen to the sacred energies and share them in a practical way through a seamless blending of creative simplicity and culinary sophistication. PSP is an honest representation of who we are and a sincere extension of what we stand for.

We do what we love and we love what we do. The ancient Greeks conceived multiple words to communicate the different expressions of love. One of those is called Agape. It translates to mean, “a selfless love empathetically extended to all people with a universal kindness.” It is with this spirit and perspective that we lovingly radiate our presence. For those of you who join us for these consciously catered private events, we warmly welcome you to the vanguard of social cuisine

There is a thin but infinite space that lives between art, science and cuisine, the border that divides and unites tradition and vanguard.

Creating food and drinks in the kitchen is one of my passions. I'm self taught and primarily use intuition for crafting recipes. My dedication to professional play has afforded me many opportunities to collaborate with companies over 7 years. My kitchen work has taken me from Portland Oregon, Los Angeles California, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Edmonton Alberta, to my current location in Sedona Arizona.

I’ve worked with raw organic restaurants and health food stores in front and back areas to produce food, drinks and menu designs. I worked privately for a billionaire international fashion mogul as his nutrition specialist and personal chef for 7 months in 2012. I was responsible for making all of his drinks, consulting with the kitchen staff and creating custom menus.

I'm a musician in the kitchen. Music was my first great teacher and I believe that life is music which resonates from the metaphysical background of the universe. I'm conditioned to do what I love, while contributing my skills as well as adding value to the whole life community. Creativity is evolution in our hands and I perceive myself as an artist of life. My personal mission is  "raise the bar for humanity and recreate paradise for the whole life community." My mission with PSP inspires and motivates me. I’m committed to delivering the very best of my abilities in all things with spirit and pride.

Check out the personal profile of my website to learn more about my philosophies and practices in the areas of professionalism, music, mission and more. To me, work is play. Listen to my playlists on Spotify and Soundcloud

Fun fact: I don't do handshakes. I prefer fist bumps because they're more sanitary and hugs because they're more hygienic. Read more about that touchy subject at my blog here.

The only person I know who behaves sensibly is my tailor; he takes my measurements anew each time he sees me. The rest going with their old measurements and expect me to fit them.

Providing for others is a service that I love to share. One of my favorite ways to share this is through health supporting and nourishing food and drinks. In 2002 I decided to improve my own personal health by transitioning from the low standard diet that many of us grew up with and into a lifestyle enriching plant based direction. I taught myself how to cook, found that it came natural to me and decided to share this new love with friends by making feasts for gatherings.

The journey of my transformation gave me more energy and a fresh new perspective in life, while simultaneously shedding things that no longer served my higher self. During this shift I also discovered my love for dancing. The free flow movement felt natively exciting to me. When I'm in the kitchen, I'm often dancing and infusing the food with that energy. I believe that virtually everyone has the potential to tap into the radiantly energetic field of a better life where health and happiness have a real feel, deep in the soul. In my experience, true nourishment is a full spectrum celebration for the body mind and soul.

Positively entertaining people is another act of the creative process that I find fulfilling and fun. I take pride in creating a safe and inviting space for others to enter into and open up in. Music, lighting, organization and cleanliness all receive equally attentive energy from my heart. For 6 years now, I've had the unique opportunity to make this my livelihood at the 3-acre sculptural art village that I manage, called Eliphanté. This magical landscape has helped to shape me into the person I am now. I embrace and appreciate the challenges and rewards that come with a lifestyle at this rustic oasis in the surrounding wilderness of Sedona Arizona.

The place to improve the world is first in one’s own heart and head and hands, and then work outward from there.
